INFORMATION FOR CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS RELATED TO CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a new privacy regulation that enhances privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, commencing on January 1, 2020. Please note, you must be a California resident to submit a request.
Additionally, note that certain companies place tracking technologies, like cookies, on our sites. This allows those companies to receive information about your activity on our sites that is associated with your browser or device. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about tracking on our sites. We and these companies may use that data to customize content for you and to serve you more relevant ads on our sites or other sites. If you would like to opt-out of cookie-based tracking for advertising purposes, you will need to separately adjust your browser settings.
PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCESS REQUEST
Find out what personal information The Parable Group, Inc. has collected about you.
We will use the personal information you provide in this request to verify your identity and collect the information needed to respond to your request. If we are able to verify your identity, we will provide a response within 45 days, or notify you that we require a further 45-day extension in order to provide the requested information. Our response will include the personal information required to be disclosed to you, covering the previous 12-month period from the date on which we received your request.
Please note, you are limited to 2 requests within a 12-month period. Please also include the context in which you are requesting this information; for example, reference the website, email marketing, or print marketing that prompted this request.
DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
Customers can opt out of the “sale” of personal information, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
CCPA defines sale very broadly, covering both monetary and other considerations. The Parable Group, Inc. does not sell personal information for money. However, we share some types of personal information with the Retail partner who you select below in order to facilitate your commercial relationship with the partner and The Parable Group, Inc.
Please note that a Retail partner may already have some personal information about you as a result of your relationship with the partner. Your choice made here will govern only The Parable Group, Inc.’s sharing of your personal information with the partner.
If you wish to submit a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” request, please identify at least one retail partner relationship you have.

REQUEST TO DELETE
You may also submit a request to delete any personal information The Parable Group, Inc. has collected about you, to the extent required under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We retain personal information to service customer accounts. We also retain customers’ personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This means that we may not be able to delete your personal information. We will use the personal information you provide in this request to verify your identity and collect the information needed to respond to your request. If we are able to verify your request, we will provide a response within 45 days, or notify you that we require a further 45 day extension in order to provide the requested information.
