TECHNICAL DIGITAL MARKETER & ANALYST
POSITION: Full Time
DESIRED START DATE: Dec ‘24/ Jan ‘25
SALARY RANGE: $30/hr-$35 DOE
We are a results-driven Christian marketing agency, serving Christian publishers, ministries and businesses.
As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with the VP of Digital Strategy and the Senior Digital Analyst to execute campaigns, implement conversion tracking, optimization strategy, analysis and reporting for our clients. You will be expected to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns, analyze data, make recommendations, and create custom reports for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, isn’t afraid to try new things, and is focused on delivering outstanding campaign results for our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS OUR TECHNICAL DIGITAL MARKETER & ANALYST
As a digital marketer, you will assist in the day-to-day execution of campaigns on social media, email, Google and Lead-Generation marketing campaigns, including tracking, segmentation, production, asset delivery, and deployment.
Work with our Senior Analyst to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment.
Utilize reporting tools to create reports and interpret data.
Analyze campaign performance vs. goals and share insights and recommendations.
Develop Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad campaigns encompassing account structure optimization, audience and keyword targeting, bidding, and optimization.
Campaign optimization; set audience exclusions, optimize bidding strategies (campaign, devices and formats: ad set, device, location, etc) revise copy based on top performing variations, run a/b tests.
Work with clients to load and test pixels on websites to measure traffic and conversions. Confirm tracking and optimization funnel is in place.
Assist clients with GA4 and SEO best practices.
DESIRED SKILLS
Data-driven critical thinker with high proficiency in Excel combined with strong analytical skills and accuracy.
Assertive problem solver. To be successful in this role, it requires someone who enjoys the challenge of campaigns not always working the first time around and knows how to research issues and isolate problems.
Candidates with degrees in analytical areas such as math, statistics, economics or similar is preferred.
